Injection and blow moulding for pharmaceutical packaging

From our factory in Ghorashal, Narsingdi, we mould bottles, droppers, containers and dosing accessories in HDPE, LDPE and PP, produced to each customer’s specification.

Production capabilities

Two moulding processes

Each process suits different products. Together they cover the main formats of primary pharmaceutical packaging. Product–process mapping to confirm

    Injection moulding

Molten polymer is injected into a precision mould to form rigid parts with accurate dimensions.

    • Caps and closures
    • Dropper components
    • Measuring cups and spoons
    • Jars, containers and trays
  • Automated blow moulding line for plastic bottles Demo image

    Blow moulding

A heated plastic parison is inflated inside a mould to form hollow containers such as bottles.

    • HDPE dry syrup bottles (round and conical)
    • Liquid bottles
    • Dropper bottles

Materials

Polymers we work with

Material choice depends on the product, the formulation it holds and the closure it needs. Typical uses below are general guidance for these polymers.

Material Properties Typical packaging uses
HDPE
High-density polyethylene
Rigid, strong, good moisture barrier Dry syrup bottles, containers, jars
LDPE
Low-density polyethylene
Soft and flexible, squeezable Dropper bottles, squeeze components
PP
Polypropylene
Rigid, good chemical and heat resistance Caps and closures, jars, measuring cups
PET
Polyethylene terephthalate
Clear, lightweight, good barrier Liquid bottles Confirm if moulded in-house

Production workflow

From specification to dispatch

Workflow to be confirmed by client

  1. Requirement review

We agree the product, size, material and quantity with the customer.

  2. Mould set-up

The correct mould is prepared and the machine set for the run.

  3. Moulding

Parts are produced by injection or blow moulding.

  4. Inspection

Parts are checked during and after production.

  5. Packing & dispatch

Products are packed to the customer’s requirements and delivered on schedule.
